Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Rylin Serenity. If something isnโ€™t quite right, youโ€™re welcome to return it in line with the policy below.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Returns Eligibility

You may return full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in original condition โ€“ unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached

  • The item is not a final sale, earrings, bodysuits, or other non-returnable items for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)

  1. Email us at support@rylinserenity.com.au with your order number and reason for return

  2. Weโ€™ll send you return instructions and the return address

  3. Post the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method at your own cost

We recommend keeping your tracking receipt as we are not responsible for lost returns.

๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected

  • Please allow 5โ€“7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

  • We do not refund shipping fees unless the item is faulty

๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If youโ€™d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

โŒ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Weโ€™ll cover return shipping and ensure the issue is resolved quickly.
