🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Australia. We are pleased to also offer international shipping to New Zealand, Canada, UK and USA with the aim to open to more countries as soon as we find the right shipping partner.

📦 DOMESTIC Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: $7
    Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

🛍️ Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM (AEST) may be processed the next business day.

📮 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment. You can track your order through the courier's website.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

  • We are currently only offering shipping to Australian addresses, New Zealand, Canada, UK and USA..

📍 Order Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local couriers, and other external factors.

  • If you are not home when your order arrives, the courier may leave your parcel at a safe location or return it to the nearest post office for collection.

  • Please ensure you provide accurate address details at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

🏷️ Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. The offer is valid for Australian deliveries only.

📦 Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at rylinserenity@gmail.com.au. We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
